There is no single utility locating instrument that is right for every situation.

That’s why at TMD, we utilize the latest Electromagnetic (EM) devices as well as state-of-the-art Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) to locate utilities accurately, even when they are buried in hard to define materials such as plastic, clay, cast iron and concrete.

In addition, TMD locators are equipped with computers for instant access to work orders, maps and records “on the fly”. We also employ cell phones and two-way communication devices to insure that they are immediately accessible to any situation.
